Free school meals (FSM) are a government-funded food program providing eligible students with a free, healthy lunch during the school day.
The Government guidance has changed and even if you are working, you may be entitled to claim free school meals, where previously this was not possible. We also acknowledge that some parents choose not to take up the entitlement to a free school meal.
To check your eligibility we require your date of birth and National Insurance number, so that these can run through the free school meals checking service provided by Wolverhampton City Council. Please can you complete the below form and return to the student service office. If you are found to be eligible you will be notified accordingly.
Your data, in line with our Privacy Policy, will be held securely and not shared with any other 3rd parties.
