Warinder Juss MP for Wolverhampton West visited St Edmund’s today to personally deliver an Emergency Bleed Control Kit. These first-aid kits are specifically designed to help control severe, life-threatening bleeding caused by incidents such as stabbings or serious accidents until paramedics arrive.
Mrs Hazeldine, Principal, along with Sixth Form economics students Alastair and Thomas, took the opportunity to discuss politics with the MP before he was given a tour of the school.
Thomas, a Sixth Form economics student, said: “It was interesting to meet Warinder Juss MP and hear about his journey to becoming an MP. It was also inspiring to hear how he has faced adversity in his role, and how he has shown the resilience to continue supporting others and carrying out his work.”
