Jason Buckley, from P4HE.org, delivered an engaging and thought-provoking session to our Year 7, 8 and 9 Loyola students.
A gifted student during his own school years, Jason went on to study Philosophy at Cambridge University. During the workshop, students explored and debated a range of fascinating philosophical scenarios designed to spark curiosity and wonder.
Topics included the ethical implications of AI in driverless cars, the consequences of the Midas touch, and the concept of an “evil-o-meter”. The session challenged students to think critically, consider different perspectives, and engage in lively discussion.
An inspiring, philosophical and highly engaging experience for all involved.
