On Thursday 24th September, our students were treated to a powerful performance of ‘Hidden Treasures’, an engaging workshop presented by Gazebo Theatre and written and directed by Tonia Daley-Campbell.

The interactive session brought the rich histories, vibrant cultures, and remarkable achievements of ancient African civilisations to life through a dynamic blend of storytelling, drama, and music. The workshop was fantastically delivered by Alexia McIntosh—Olivier Award nominee and original West End cast member of the hit musical SIX—whose energy and talent captivated the room from start to finish.

Our students thoroughly enjoyed the experience, taking away both inspiration and new cultural insights:

“It was amazing to listen to the stories and learn about all the cultures, an amazing way to spend an afternoon!”

“You should come and see Gazebo Theatre because it is a wonderful experience.”

A huge thank you to Gazebo Theatre, Tonia Daley-Campbell, and Alexia McIntosh for delivering such an unforgettable afternoon of learning and drama!
