Students in year 7 were happy to help plant the first of 5 new silver birch trees in the upper courtyard this week. They are looking forward to nurturing them and watching them grow over the next 7 years and providing a long lasting legacy for all to enjoy.

16th – 20th November is Anti Bullying Week and we will be celebrating respecting the dignity of life and tolerance of one another’s differences in a number of ways. We would like to encourage students to wear odd socks on Monday 16th November.
At the eleventh hour on the eleventh day of the eleventh month – we will remember them.
Today (Wednesday 11 November) is Armistice Day, at 11am we will be observing a two-minute silence to remember those members of our armed forces who fell and died in times of war.
The Armistice, an agreement to end the fighting of the First World War as a prelude to peace negotiations, began at 11am on 11 November 1918.
