As part of our European Day of Languages celebrations, parents and carers were invited to join us for a ‘European Day of Languages’ themed Macmillan Coffee Morning today. 

All funds raised from the sale will go to Macmillan Cancer Support who help raise vital funds to support over 3 million people living with cancer in the UK. 

Students also had the opportunity to get involved in the cake sale at specific times throughout the day and were encouraged to come to the academy wearing clothes to represent a country from Europe.

Thank you to all parents and carers who came along to support the cake sale and help us to continue building the strength of our parent partnership and thank you to Miss Blanchette, Curriculum Leader for Modern Foreign Languages for organising the event.
